As we prepare to launch our new site at Tech Savvy Agent and have been dedicating more time to providing daily video content, the relationships we are making is one of the best parts of the process. Relationships with our “fans”/”likers” as well as relationships with companies and franchises that may want to do business with us on some level. Question is how do you please the masses? We think it’s easy: YOU ASK! With just about every consumer in the US on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, why aren’t more companies using social media to listen, listen, listen and not talk, sell, talk? Being one click away from your consumer base is both an amazing opportunity and something that companies need to be hyper aware of.
