This has started the same way. May 2010 and I just found out about it. Learning curve is a negative for potential customers that know how to turn on the computor. You could even bring in the appraiser or home inspector to help facilitate a smooth transaction. Another wave could also be used between an agent and a home buyer to exchange comments, pictures, listings, appointments etc.. Its going to be a very powerful collaboration and communication tool that is much more effective than communicated via email.
