If one is a ‘REALTOR’ then how can we get some clarification on allowed use? Whether on Facebook, Twitter, etc?

that’s fair.

Would be nice to better understand the qualifications of Facebook Staff that is capable of shutting down FB pages.

Surely, they’re nice folks with good intentions. Surely it’s a huge challenge to come into work everyday knowing that you have another thousand cases to review and surely it sucks to know it’s going to be that way for the next year.

But who are these kind folk that have this huge responsibility? Are they software folk? Social Psychologists? What kind of training do they have?

Just curious and ALWAYS doing my best to educate my clients so they can stay in compliance…

I’m surprise it took NAR TWO years to know about this! In our code it clearly states that the word “Realtor” is a trademark not to be used outside of the “official entity.” Lesson learned! But, glad to know it was reinstated.
