Easy add on to make your Gmail even better!
Gmail is one of the most used email platforms by Realtors and for good reason. It allows you to organize your email without using folders because it is searchable in the same way that Google is. I use Gmail and Outlook equally and one feature of Outlook that I love is that you can preview messages without having to open them. Great news for Gmail users is that Google Labs has a neat little plug in that is in beta that will do just that. Check it out, add it to your Gmail and let us know what you think!

Another great Gmail feature that I’ve been enjoying is the nested labels. It’s kinda like having the best of folders mixed with the best of labels! Now I have main labels just called Buyers & Sellers and then all of my clients are nested labels under those labels. It cleans up the labels A LOT while keeping all of the function of labels that I love!Also, the “undo” feature of gmail has been a life saver many times over.
Preview is a great plugin… I love it. Another one I love and use that is really cool… especially for REALTORS, and for social media networking purposes is “Google Fast Flip”http://fastflip.googlelabs.com lets users discover and share news articles, with the ability to “flip” through pages online as quickly as flipping
through a magazine. It also enables users to follow friends and topics,
discover new content and create their own custom magazines around
