I think it’s hilarious. I’ve had it on my website for a long time under “Real Estate Humor”. Of course, I have a disclaimer on it that I am NOT at all like that agent. But I don’t see where “tech savvy, hip and using social media properly” is mutually exclusive with pushy. Neither is “being able to laugh at yourself”, but it sure goes a long way towards making you a relatable person.

In my 9 years in the real estate business, I have seen it all-the pushy, the mushy and the “on point.” There’s a new generation of professionals on the horizon that will elevate the professional standards which we as a community deliver to the public. The Shifted market has created an opportunity for high minded business professionals……it is an exciting time.
