2 Quick Tips for Growing Your Facebook Page

One of the most common questions that we get at Tech Savvy Agent is, “How can I get more people to interact with me on my Facebook Page?” As with anything challenging in life you may need to turn to those closest to you, your friends! There is an easy way to suggest your Facebook Page to your friends that allows you to pick and choose only the ones that you think would find your business page valuable and would support you by engaging and helping to get the banter started. We all know that banter leads to more banter, so when in doubt turn to your sphere of influence when growing a Facebook Page as well.

The other easy to execute Facebook tip is that once you have reached the 25 fan/liker point, which should be relatively simple if you are using the tip above, you can obtain a custom domain name for your Facebook Page. By visiting Facebook.com/Username you can secure a vanity URL that will allow you to promote your Facebook Page offline. Try adding the new domain to your direct mail and business cards. It is a great way to show the residents of the areas you serve that not only are you tech savvy, but that you now have a community for them on their favorite website!

I hope these 2 quick tips will help your Facebook Page grow as ours has and please take a moment to suggest Tech Savvy Agent to your Realtor friends using the aforementioned ideas! As always if you have any comments or questions feel free to leave those below.

    Chris,
Just wanted to let you know that I started following your tweets about 4 weeks ago. Since then I have watched 5 or more videos on TechSavy, attended 2 webinars, and read numerous blogs. I have easily learned more useful real estate tech info in the last month than I have in the last two years. THANKS!
