I am not a realtor so I don't really know. However, I and a friend are app developers and we are working on an app for home buyers to help them evaluate homes to see which one really fits their needs. I have used it so many times in the field with buyers. How much is the home across the street, what is nearby? All the different apps that are available are great. I think having Top Producer on the I-phone is just one more great service to help agents be more efficient. Most of us are definately out in the field if we are doing business.
